Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Equipment for Regional Health Laboratories

ECSA-HC invites sealed bids from eligible companies for the supply and delivery of laboratory diagnostic equipment to designated regional health facilities across five member states. Equipment must meet WHO performance standards.

• Supply of haematology analysers (×10 units)
• Supply of biochemistry analysers (×8 units)
• Supply of PCR/RT-PCR machines (×6 units)
• Delivery, installation, and commissioning at designated facilities
• 12-month warranty with on-site technical support
• Training of laboratory technicians on equipment use

• Must be a legally registered company in an ECSA-HC member state or internationally
• Minimum 5 years' experience in medical equipment supply
• Must provide WHO/CE certification for all equipment
• Audited financial statements for the last 3 years
• Must not be debarred from public procurement in any jurisdiction

Submit sealed bids in hard copy (3 copies) and one electronic copy on USB to ECSA-HC Procurement Office, P.O. Box 1009, Arusha, Tanzania, clearly marked with the tender reference number. Electronic submissions to procurement@ecsahc.org are not accepted for this tender.
