Construction and Renovation of ECSA-HC Conference and Training Centre, Arusha

ECSA-HC seeks a qualified construction firm to undertake the renovation and expansion of its Conference and Training Centre in Arusha, Tanzania. Works include structural improvements, modern AV infrastructure, and accessibility upgrades.

• Structural renovation of the main conference hall (capacity 300 pax)
• Construction of two new breakout training rooms
• Installation of modern AV and simultaneous interpretation systems
• Upgrade of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Disability accessibility improvements as per international standards
• Landscaping and external works

• Must hold a valid contractor registration certificate (Grade 1 or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial construction
• Prior experience with international organisation facilities is an added advantage
• Bank guarantee of 5% of contract value required upon award
• Audited financials demonstrating sufficient liquidity for project mobilisation

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the ECSA-HC Procurement Office by 14:00 EAT on the closing date. A mandatory site visit will be held on 2026-03-20 at 10:00 EAT. Only bidders who attend the site visit will be eligible to submit.
