Provision of ICT Infrastructure — Enterprise Network Upgrade

ECSA-HC requires an experienced ICT firm to design, supply, install, and maintain an upgraded enterprise network infrastructure including fibre backbone, managed switches, firewalls, and a secure Wi-Fi overlay across its Arusha headquarters.

• Network audit and detailed design documentation
• Supply and installation of core and access layer switches (Cisco or equivalent)
• Next-generation firewall deployment and configuration
• Structured cabling — Cat6A across all office floors
• Secure Wi-Fi overlay with 802.1X authentication
• 3-year managed support and SLA agreement

• Must hold a valid ICT services business license
• Certified network engineers on staff (CCNP or equivalent minimum)
• Minimum 5 years' enterprise networking experience
• Reference letters from at least 2 comparable institutional clients
• ISO 27001 certification or demonstrable equivalent security practices
