Supply of Printed Health Education Materials and Publications

ECSA-HC sought a reputable printing company for the design, print, and delivery of health education materials including brochures, posters, manuals, and annual reports for distribution to member states. This tender is now closed.

• Design and print of 50,000 copies of nutrition education brochures (A5, full colour)
• Print of 10,000 A2 health promotion posters
• Print and binding of 2,000 copies of the ECSA Annual Report 2025
• Print of 5,000 training manuals (A4, saddle-stitched)
• Delivery to ECSA-HC Arusha headquarters

• Must be a registered printing company with minimum 5 years' operation
• Must demonstrate offset and digital printing capabilities
• Samples of previous institutional printing work required
• Must comply with FSC or equivalent sustainable paper sourcing standards
